Xiaomi has a huge product portfolio. In addition to the most popular such as smartphones, smart TVs, laptops and laptops, the company is constantly expanding its range of smart home appliances. The company’s portfolio is huge in China, but not as large in other countries. The company is slowly trying to change that, at least in India. In its second bastion, the company has already released products such as the Mi toothbrush, the Mi Roboto vacuum cleaner, the electric screwdriver, the Mi Beard Trimmer and more. Now, the company will present a new product on August 6 in India.
Xiaomi India got it Twitter to tease a new product. It will most likely be a new beard trimmer. The tweet reads “All the brothers and friends out there, it’s time to take control of your beard and become your own stylist. #YourSalonAtHome launches on August 6. “It’s not hard to guess which product the company will present on August 6, right?

The company also made available a special landing page for the upcoming product. It will be officially put on at 12 noon on August 6th on August 6th. The page also reveals some of the features that come with the new beard trimmer. Users can expect a long battery life and a universal charging mechanism. The beard trimmer will also include perfect traction, improved accuracy and a smooth lining on each track. The new beard trimmer will unexpectedly be the successor to the first Mi Beard Trimmer. The predecessor was released in India last June. More details about the upcoming product should appear in the coming days as the release date approaches.
Mi Beard Trimmer
The original Mi Bear Trimmer came a year ago with what Xiaomi describes as a “quadruple design”. It is made of plastic but is durable and ergonomic to hold comfortably in the hand. At the top, it has a power button and a dial that allows users to adjust the length of the blade. There are also charge indicators. The Trimmer works with or without a cable. The trimmer claims to provide a 90-minute backup with a single charge and also supports most power banks due to the USB Type-A port on the charging cable.
The circular selector will allow users to work with 40 different beard lengths and has an IPX7 rating, which means it can be immersed in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. Among the key features we can list:
- Self-sharpening blades with an accuracy of 0.5 mm
- Length adjustment 40 with two combs
- 90 minutes battery life on a single charge
- IPX7 waterproof quad design
- Travel lock
- Wireless and wired use (supports the largest power bank)
We can expect all of the above features to come on the upcoming device.
