In May, a smartphone from Redmi with NSA and SA support (as well as standard LTE and older connections) appeared on TENAA. At the time, there were rumors that this device was the upcoming Redmi Note 10 5G. This smartphone uses a 6.5-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400px (20: 9 aspect ratio). However, since the TENAA listing, there has been no mention of the Redmi Note 10 5G. Although there have been some speculations about this device, there is no official information.
A new leak of the Redmi Note 10 has revealed some information about this device. According to the leak, this smartphone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. The leak actually shows two Xiaomi models. The code name for these devices is Gauguin and Gauguin Pro. One of the “M2007J17C” model numbers has already appeared on the FCC Certification Website. This device has been confirmed to be the Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite. So it is very likely that the Mi 10T Lite is the same device as the Redmi Note 10 5G (a brand name). If so, then we know some information on this device from Indian BIS certification.
In addition, the recent leak indicates that the Redmi Note 10 will have a 4,820 mAh battery. There are also reports that the 5G version will include Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. As we said earlier, the Note 10 5G will use the SD750G released by Qualcomm this week and will be released by Xiaomi. The Pro model is rumored to be using a MediaTek Dimensity 820 processor after the Redmi Note 8. Remember that the Redmi Note 8 uses a Qualcomm mid-range chip (Snapdragon 665). However, the top model, the Redmi Note 8 Pro comes with one MediaTek G90T SoC. Thus, the Redmi Note 10 series is likely to continue this strategy.
From now on, the processor and battery information only reveals the leak. However, there is speculation that this device will arrive sometime next month. Of course, we expect to have more leaks and speculation before its actual release.
As of now, there is no official information about the Redmi Note 10 series. All we have now are just speculations and rumors. However, as this series arrives next month, we will have some official information in the coming weeks.
