Realme is preparing to present a new smartphone called Realme V5. As you may be wondering, the device will be part of a brand new V smartphone series. The company has been teasing it for the last few days and has already announced that the big unveiling of the phone will be tomorrow, July 27th. Now, a list Small showed up. According to Tmall, the phone will be released on August 3 at 14:00 local time. This is a week after the release tomorrow. The list includes some basic specifications. First of all, we must mention the brand new MediaTek Dimensity 720 5G chipset. This chip has an Octa-Core CPU with two powerful ARM Cortex-A76 cores operating up to 2GHz. This chipset also supports screens with a refresh rate of up to 90Hz. This chipset is also optimized for gaming and comes with a Mali-G57 GPU.
The Realme V5 has a 6.5-inch screen with a resolution of 2,400 x 1080. The Realme V5 has a hole in the top of its screen. Tmall lists two possible configurations – 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM with 127 GB of storage. The phone will be available in three color options Silver, Blue and “Light of Dawn”. The TMall list also states that the Realme V5 will come with the model number RMX2111. A phone bearing this model number has already been certified by TENAA and its complete spec sheet has also been published. The TENAA Specification Sheet confirms the above specifications. Obviously, the 48MP unit will be paired with 8MP, 2MP and 2MP cameras. It is probably an extremely wide angle, depth and macro lens. It also mentions support for storage expansion up to 256 GB, so we are looking for a microSD card slot. The phone draws power from a 4,900 mAh battery, probably comes with a standard 5,000 mAh rating.
The TENAA list also shows that the phone includes a fingerprint scanner mounted on the side. It probably has an LCD screen. The price of the phone is unknown at this time, but we expect it to be priced at $ 200.
