Realme conquered 40 million users globally – Post Daily

Realme is a new company with only two years of existence. The company, which was born as a subsidiary of Oppo on May 4, 2018, is now a leading smartphone brand 7. In addition, it is the top 5 in 9 markets of the 59 where it is officially present. As for the bastion of India, one of Realme’s biggest focal points, the company is one of the few smartphone makers to give Xiaomi a headache in the mid-range category.

The company announced today that there are 40 million Realme users worldwide. Most recently, 150,000 users joined the group just 2 minutes after the purchase of the new Realme C11. Prior to that, it moved 70,000 Realme Narzo 10 phones over the same period. The company has established a fairly stable user base due to its competitive smartphones with generous specifications and affordable prices.

To put it in perspective, Realme achieved one million sales in September 2018, a few months after its release. The company achieved 10 million shipments in August 2019, and then 25 million in January this year. The company completed two years in May with 35 million global users. Despite the market turmoil caused by COVID-19, we can almost conclude that Realme continues to grow. Now the company aims to reach 50 million users worldwide by the end of 2020.

We can say that the company is on the right track to achieve this. The Realme is almost integrated into the market this year with a low-end, mid-range and even a solid range of top smartphones. The company just needs to keep up with the trends and it will soon become even more popular in the market.

Realme’s upcoming flagship will feature a series of rectangular quad cameras

As we talk about Realme smartphones, the company has a new flagship in two for the coming months. This handset will be part of a new flagship series. For the first time, we will see a Realme flagship with the rectangular camera layout. This particular design language is really popular in 2020.

The company shared a new poster today on its official Weibo account, where this aspect of the design was confirmed. The camera includes four sensors and LED flash, mounted in a rectangular block. While this trend is popular, it does not necessarily mean that it is the user’s favorite. Companies just follow one another. It is unfortunate that Realme abandons its traditional design, making its phone less unique. However, we assume that the industry works nowadays.
