Realme recently announced two of their new budget smartphones, the Realme C11 and the Realme C15. It seems that the brand is in circulation and is already preparing for the next economical version of the Realme C12 smartphone with the model number RMX2189. Recently, we saw the Realme C12 with model number RMX2189 go through a variety of certification authorities in China, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
Realme C12 Pops-up at Geekbench with Helio P35 and more
The phone now appears in the Geekbench package on an octa-core Mediatek Helio P35 2.3Ghz, the same chipset as the previous Oppo A12s. combined with 3 GB of RAM and runs on Android 10. The Realme C12 at Geekbench scored an average of 165 in single-core testing and around 972 in multi-core testing.
In addition, the same Realme C12 EMX2189 ID also reached the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, confirming that India will be one of the countries where the new smartphone will be released. While there is no official confirmation about the release date of the smartphone, one of our sources states that the smartphone will be released in the third week of August in India. Recall, the Realme C11 has a HD + screen of 6.5 inches with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels. It has a water drop type notch and covers 88.7% of the screen-body ratio with a slightly thick rim at the bottom. Activation of the device is the Helio G35 SoC by Mediatek in combination with LPDDR4x RAM and eMMC storage. In terms of optics, it has a new square shape on the back. The rear fuselage has a texture with a dark colored line that holds the Realme logo and runs throughout the camera layout.
In addition, Realme highlighted the new geometric design of the smartphone and talked about the Helio G35 SoC. It is a 2.3GHz process and Realme claims that it will jump 41.3% in the benchmarks compared to the older Realme C2. It also has LPDDR4x RAM to help games with 100% improvement over older LPDDR3.
