The Realme C11 is the new financial smartphone offer of the company. However, it is good as it offers great performance at a low price. The new handset is finally coming to Europe. Realme made this big announcement after promoting the #DareToBe teasers on Twitter for several days. The release of the new phone will take place on August 26. We already know many details about the specifications of the phone, however, the pricing details will be revealed at the launch event and may vary by region.
Realme C11 Specifications
Under the hood, the Realme C11 features a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset, which is an Octa-Core chipset with 8x Cortex-A53 cores. It may not be as impressive as other chipsets running Cortex-A75 or A76 cores. But it’s really good at this price point. Last year, most low-end phones sold with Quad-Core chipsets. Now having an Octa-Core phone for the price of $ 100 is just amazing.
Plus, the C11 is more than just a phone with enough performance for most applications. It is a good device for multimedia consumption, as it has a 6.5-inch HD + LCD screen with a 5,000 mAh battery and reverses the charging support. The biggest downside is that there is no fast charging support, as it comes with a messy micro USB port. The battery will take some time to die thanks to the HD screen and the 12nm chipset. However, it will take several hours to charge. Another interesting point is that the fingerprint scanner is missing, so we do not have biometric authentication here.
On the front of the camera, we start with a mediocre 5MP selfie shooter. This camera is located in the notch of the headset and is enough for video calls and some mediocre selfies. Moving backwards, we have the main camera with 13MP resolution. This shooter combines with a 2MP depth unit. Despite its mediocre specifications, the software is fully equipped with advanced features such as Realme’s Nightscape feature. It is worth noting that the C11 was the first Realme device to land on the camera’s rectangular ground, a design aspect that has almost become mainstream this year.
The Realme C11 arrived in Malaysia in late June. The company shipped it to India on July 14 and is now finally reaching the European market.
