Realme is one of the most important companies in the mid-range sector. In addition, it now plays an important role in the expansion of 5G smartphones in the budget segment with the Realme V5 being revealed as the first 5G device with less than $ 150. The company recently announced two mid-range phones named Realme 7 and 7 Pro in India. These devices are quite cheap and have interesting specifications, however, the company has another device to announce the compiled Realme 7i.
Realme has already confirmed that the Realme 7i will arrive in Indonesia on September 17. Now, thanks to a GeekBench list we have some of the basic specifications that come with the handset. First of all, it has the Snapdragon 662 which is a mid-range chipset below the Snapdragon 665. In addition, the device has 8 GB of RAM, which is a generous amount for this segment. Last but not least, it comes with Android 10 which can be a bit disappointing now that Android 11 is available.

The handset scored 1,516 points in single-core tests and 5,420 in the multi-core segment. It is worth noting that these results have been achieved on the GeekBench 4.x platform. The results will be less expressive when the device passes the GeekBench 5.x reference point.
Assumed Realme 7i specifications
According to a recent leak list, the handset will display a stunning HD + 6.5-inch 90Hz display with a 16MP aperture camera. It is interesting to see that although it will not be an FHD + screen, it will be quite smooth. According to a slide, the handset has 128 GB of storage and we believe it also comes with microSD card support.
The handset also has a Quad-Camera installation on the back and follows the design of the Realme 7 series. The installation combines a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultrawide and 2MP dual cameras, possibly for macro and depth.
The lights are maintained with a 5,000 mAh battery with a fast charge of 18W. Not as impressive as the 65W fast charge on the Realme 7 Pro, however, it is better to have 18W on a budget device than a micro USB port covered by a 5W or 10W charge.
The new affordable smartphone will be officially launched on September 17. The company will reveal it through a live streaming video. While pricing and availability details have not yet been revealed, we expect this device to be available in all markets where Realme operates. In addition, its price must be below $ 200.
