Motorola has gained a lot of attention with the Motorola Razr despite the problems with the foldable screen inside it. The next iteration, the Motorola Razr 2 5G, has been rumored for a long time with improved screen protection and 5G connectivity. And one last live shot from China shows that this could be the design of the next folding Razr.
These images come from one Wimbo Position. When looking at the pictures, we see that the device does not have a Motorola logo. This leads us to believe that it could also be an original model. It has a silver finish on the back and sides of the device with beveled edges. There are still many hidden from view. More specifically, the back joint is not visible enough. It is possible that Motorola has made some good changes there.
Motorola Razr 2 5G: Improved construction and durability
There is a button on the left and the hinge mechanism on both sides gives us stainless steel vibrations, but we can only guess that the support backs are stronger than the OG Razr. Looking closer, the screen has a wider notch tub with a built-in selfie sensor and another image reveals the secondary screen and a rear camera.
All this matches the previous leaks of Razr thanks to the always reliable Evan Blass. However, this Weibo post displays nothing more than a few on-screen notifications. We also see it running at CMCC, which is the mobile phone company of China Mobile Communication Corporation in China. However, the carrier signal shows 4G instead of the rumored 5G.

Motorola Razr 5G: Expected Specifications
Not all leaks promise complete certainty. But the similarities of these images with previous ones make us slightly believe that this could be. In any case, regarding the device, it is supposed to be coded “Odyssey” as stated by Evan Blass.
He has been after the device leaks it so lightly. He said the device will be called Razr 5G. The device itself is expected to feature a flexible 6.2-inch internal P-OLED display, while the external secondary display is said to have a hit of up to 2.7 inches.
To justify the name, it is said to have a mid-range Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC and a slightly improved 2,845 mAh battery. Older certifications with model number XT2071-4 named as Razr 5G show that it will have a fast charge of 15W.
Motorola is also expected to upgrade the Razr cameras with a 48MP sensor on the back and a 20MP selfie shooter under the front notch, as opposed to 16MP and 5MP on the predecessor respectively. Overall, the device is still getting an employee word from Lenovo’s Motorola and judging by the original leak, we do not think the release is that far away now.
