Last month, Motorola finally withdrew its new flagship Motorola Edge + and a corresponding upper middle range called the Motorola Edge. However, these were not the only devices designed in the company’s Q2 2020 program. The company is also reportedly planning two new devices called Motorola One Fusion and Fusion +. While Motorola has not given us any official position on the two devices, YouTube has almost revealed the basic specifications and release date of the Motorola One Fusion +.
Supposed Specifications Motorola One Fusion +
The video streaming platform has recorded the Motorola One Fusion + on the Device Report website with the Snapdragon 730 SoC. This contrasts with last month’s leak showing the Snapdragon 675 SoC at the wheel. Unsurprisingly, Motorola is known for adhering to state-of-the-art SoCs for mid-range devices. The new handset will come in a 6.5 inch format, the screen has FHD + resolution and is probably an LCD screen. In addition, the device comes with Android 10 directly from the box and draws power from a 5,000 mAh battery.
The list states that the new phone will be official in June 2020, but does not give us a specific date. It is safe to assume that One Fusion will arrive with its brother. Interestingly enough, the YouTube list also shows an image of a Motorola smartphone. However, it is not the Motorola One Fusion + but the Motorola Edge that was released last month. Nevertheless, it is important to note that the Edge list reveals an image of an unknown smartphone, which could actually be the One Fusion +. Maybe YouTube accidentally changed the image of both devices.
The image probably gives us the best look even on the non-released smartphone. The device has a Quad-Camera installation on the back with a 64MP drive that transmits the broadcast. In addition, it has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, which basically confirms our predictions for an LCD screen. The smartphone has a USB-C port at the bottom and quite interestingly, it retains the 3.5 mm headphone jack. Obviously, the device has a pop-up camera mechanism, as there is no notch or hole in this screen. The power button and volume are displayed on the right side of the smartphone. There is a third button, but we can not determine its purpose.
According to rumors, One Fusion + will be available in two different variants. One will have 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, the other has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. The handset is available in the following colors – Cloud and SugarFrost. If Motorola is released in June, we will probably see more details in the coming days.
