Huawei will officially release the Huawei Mate 40 series in two months. In recent years, there has been a lot of speculation about the upcoming Mate 40 series. This series will be Huawei’s latest flagship for this year. In fact, it will be the last flagship of the company for a foreseeable future. This is due to the ban on Huawei by the US government. According to a recent report, the Huawei Mate 40 will use Huawei Liquid Lens Camera Technology.
According to the tweet of @ RODENT950, liquid lens camera technology is not yet available for mass production. The patent filed a few months ago shows that Huawei liquid camera technology can achieve faster autofocus and better stability. That’s all we know about this technology.
According to reports, the Huawei Mate 40 will have a curved screen of 6.67 inches LG. This screen will have a refresh rate of 90Hz. When it comes to cameras, there is a 50-megapixel main sensor, an ultra-wide 20-megapixel camera and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera. The phone also has a laser autofocus unit.
There will also be a Mate 40 Pro / Mate 40 Pro + that should use a waterfall screen from the LG Display and the BOE. Like the standard version, it also supports a refresh rate of 90Hz and uses a Kirin 9000 processor. As for the cameras, it will arrive with a 50MP sensor using Huawei liquid camera technology. Earlier reports suggested that this feature would not be available until the Huawei P50 arrives next year. However, the P50 series may not be released.
The battery capacity of the Mate 40 series is 4300 mAh, 4600 mAh and 5000 mAh. Applies to Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro and Mate 40 Pro + respectively.
The Huawei Mate 40 series will not be widely available
The Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro will arrive with a Kirin 9000 5nm processor. The new phones will use excessive screens and perforation design. There is a huge circular camera curved at the back. It is bigger than the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. In terms of software, the Huawei Mate 40 Pro will be pre-installed with EMUI 11 based on Android 11 and Huawei Mobile Services (HMS). However, the Huawei Mate 40 will have an EMUI 10.x system.
