Huawei Children Watch 4X and Enjoy Tablet 2 revealed – Post Daily

Today has been a great day for Huawei in China and for its fans. The company introduced a number of new products, including the new MatePad 10.8 tablet, the new MateBook D Laptops. In addition, we saw the company introduce the Huawei Talkband B6. In addition to these products, the company also introduced a new Huawei Children Watch 4X and an Enjoy Tablet 2.

Huawei Children Watch 4X

The new Huawei Children Watch 4X, as the name implies, is a smart watch for children. It brings some new features like dual cameras. There is a 5MP unit sitting around the screen for HD video calls and an 8MP snapper on the “back” clock. According to the Chinese company, the rear camera offers 4x Digital Zoom and AI object recognition.

This feature will locate objects and bring in object information that allows a child to learn. You can also use both cameras to take pictures underwater, keeping in mind that the wearable is waterproof up to 50 meters. The wearer has a 1.41 inch screen with a resolution of 320 x 360 pixels. This is an AMOLED panel. It uses a low-power Kirin chipset combined with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. The Watch 4X has NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and LTE with support for up to 200 countries. The wearable also packs unique positioning systems such as GPS, beidou, GLONASS, GALILEO and QZSS.

The wearable has a built-in AI assistant for educational purposes and the watches also carry a fitness tracker with scores. It packs an 8,000 mAh battery with fast charging support. According to the company, it will last up to one day with only one charge. The wearable will be available in pink, white, blue. Pre-orders are available at Vmall and cost $ 1,398 Yuan (~ $ 199). Real sales start on August 19th.

Huawei Enjoy Tablet 2

The new Huawei Enjoy Tablet 2 is a 10-inch board with a resolution of 1920 x 1200. The resolution and the panel are quite high, but do not expect a design that meets the standards of 2020. Instead, we have a traditional thick rim. At least the tablet has a symmetrical design. The new tablet is available in Champagne Gold and Dark Blue color options.

The tablet has a Kirin 710A chipset along with 4G RAM and 64 GB of storage. There is another variant with twice the amount of the store. If this is not enough for you, you will be glad to know that it supports MicroSD cards that allow you to add an extra 512 GB of storage. The plate comes with a camera on the back with 5MP resolution and f / 2.2 aperture. In addition, there is a 2MP f / 2.4 shooter in front for video calls and mediocre selfies. The tablet also has stereo speakers which is definitely an advantage for consuming multimedia. It also has Harman Kardon and Huawei Histen 6.1 surround sound.

On the front of the software, we have EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10. Obviously, the phone does not include Google applications. Instead, you get Huawei Mobile Services. The company’s software includes Parallel Vision that allows you to use an application in two different windows. This is very useful in a huge panel like this. When you use a chat application with video call support, you will be able to chat in one window while the video calling interface occupies the second window. Additionally, you can adjust the size of each window and invert their positions.

Another interesting feature is real-time screen sharing during video calling. This will allow other users to see what is on your screen. It is an interesting feature for these days of remote work and study. The tablet is powered by a 5,100 mAh battery that charges via a USB-C port. Unfortunately, it is rather slow with a 10W rating. Other features include dual band Wi-Fi and support for OTG.

Customers in China can buy the tablet in four versions via Vmall: There is only one Wi-Fi unit with 4 GB + 64 GB sold at 1599 Yuan (~ 228 $). The Wi-Fi variant with 128 GB of storage sells for 1,799 Yuan (~ $ 257). The variant with LTE and Wi-Fi connectivity can be found with 4 GB RAM with 64 GB storage and costs 1,799 Yuan (~ $ 257). In addition, there is a 128 GB storage variant that costs 1,999 Yuan (~ $ 285).

Interestingly enough, the Enjoy Tablet 2 is the same MatePad 10s. Even the official one web page refers to it as the MatePad 10s.
